I need help

We are working by referral.  This means if you need help from us we really would like you to be referred by a support agency or professional, they can then offer other advice and support relating to your individual situation

If you haven't used our service before or don't know how to get referred do call us on 07856 080194 and we are very happy to advise and help.  

People or agencies who can refer you are:

• Help through hardship line 0808 2082138 a free national help line run by Citizens Advice for those struggling financially who can refer to food banks and offer other advice

• Citizens Advice Bureau  call 0808 278 7900 

• Citizens Advice drop in session Tuesdays 10-1 at Council Reception Area, 1, Belle Vue Square, Broughton Rd, BD23 1FJ (council offices, opposite Morrissons)

• Ask at your child's Nursery, School, College, Childrens Centre

• Family Support Workers, Early Help, Social Worker

• Health professionals: GP, social prescriber, health visitor

• Mental Health professionals: support worker, mental health nurse, etc...

• North Yorkshire Horizons who support those with addictions 08000 14 14 80
